I’ve talked a lot lately about “defining moments,” and how you—as a supporter of First Liberty—are an active part of history at this key time for our nation.

Just this Thursday, on the last day of Amy Coney Barrett’s hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee, we were blessed to witness another victorious milestone in this journey.

Senator Ted Cruz made a point during the hearing to cite First Liberty’s letter of support for Judge Barrett’s confirmation to the Supreme Court as a key foundational piece of his testimony.
