Over the last several weeks, we've worked diligently at the Republican Party of Arizona to help voters become well acquainted with our 2020 Republican nominees.
Recently, we held even more tele-town halls with dozens of candidates running in key statewide races and in battleground legislative districts to protect our majorities at the State Legislature and stave off the Green New Dealers backed by far-left Silicon Valley donors. Additionally, we've hosted a diverse slate of nominees during our State of the Race Facebook Live series, and promoted important information about our Republican candidates on our voter information site at azgop.vote!
Just yesterday, we hosted a statewide tele-town hall with U.S. Senator Martha McSally and our three Republican candidates for Arizona Corporation Commission, Lea Márquez Peterson, Jim O'Connor, and Eric Sloan. We targeted and reached hundreds of thousands of Arizonans by phone, many of whom voted in 2016 for President Trump but stayed home in the 2018 midterm election.
