Friend,
On Tuesday, I once again went head-to-head with my opponent Rich McCormick.
For two debates now, he has had the opportunity to explain why he, as a doctor, chose to ignore the facts and downplay the coronavirus pandemic even as cases in his own home county skyrocketed -- and why he’s so eager to strip health care away from thousands of Georgians in our district.
Naturally, he didn’t -- and friend, he can’t. Rich McCormick is not right for our district, and if his behavior the entire campaign isn’t proof of that, the last two debates certainly are.
Georgia families are tired of the division roiling our politics and of Washington Republicans constantly trying to strip away our health care -- and as a result, Republicans are at risk of losing Georgia.
That’s why Trump is visiting the state today. He’s there to shore up support for flailing candidates like Rich McCormick, because Republicans know that the path to flipping the whole state blue runs right through our district.
I’m running for Congress as a working mother and problem solver. I’m ready to champion policies that protect the lives and livelihoods of Georgia families in the face of this pandemic, expand access to affordable health care, and lower the cost of prescription drugs.
We have no time left to waste, and we must ensure that, come November 3, Georgians’ demand for the change they deserve becomes a mandate in Congress. Our work has made it so that Georgia is on the brink of flipping blue, and the path to that outcome runs right through this district.
Can I count on you to chip in $5 right now to stand with this campaign and power us through victory in these last few weeks?
