Last week, my office released our 2020 Casework Report! Since arriving in Congress, my focus on constituent services has remained a top priority. My office is here to fight for you and ensure you receive the benefits and savings you're entitled to from federal agencies.
Since 2017, my casework staff has saved or recovered over $1.17 million for CA-34 constituents and assisted with nearly 2,000 requests! But the COVID-19 crisis has forced my office to change how we provide direct constituent services. Since the pandemic struck earlier this year, I've gone virtual, hosting telephone town halls and Facebook Live events, using social media to broadcast important information and resources to Angelenos, and holding online meetings with essential workers and community leaders.
