The Senate should not move forward with anti-choice, anti-LGBTQ+ nominee Amy Coney Barrett.

Friend,

Senate Republicans are rushing the confirmation of Donald Trump’s extreme pick for the Supreme Court -- even as millions of voters have already cast their ballots in this election.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is expected to vote on Thursday, October 22. If the committee vote passes, Mitch McConnell hopes to put Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination up to a full Senate vote as soon as Friday, October 23. Time is running out to stop this.

Take action: Urge your senators to reject the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. No confirmation until the inauguration: [link removed]

If confirmed, Barrett could be the deciding vote to:

-- Dismantle the Affordable Care Act
-- Repeal Roe v. Wade and the right to choose
-- Reverse marriage equality and LGBTQ+ protections
-- Roll back safeguards for clean air and water
-- Threaten DACA and undocumented youth
-- Undermine voting rights and fair elections

We can’t afford to lose the Supreme Court for generations. Together, we can stop this illegitimate confirmation process, and then we can work to ensure we defeat Donald Trump and flip the Senate, so far-right nominees stay far away from our courts.
