5 years ago, the Supreme Court affirmed the right of same-sex couples to marry.

4 months ago, the Supreme Court agreed that it was illegal to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people in the workplace.

This week, the Senate held hearings for Amy Coney Barrett, a conservative Supreme Court nominee who could erase all those gains.

Even though most Americans don’t want a new Supreme Court Justice until after the election, and even though the Republicans are breaking their own precedent by rushing a nominee through at the eleventh hour, we are now facing a disturbing new reality: a conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court.

This calls for unified action: we need to show the Republicans that they cannot trample on our rights with this anti-democratic charade.

To ensure we hold onto the gains we’ve made, we must flip the White House and Senate, and keep the House blue. Will you chip in now to keep us on track?
