After we found out that a super PAC funded by wealthy, out-of-district megadonors launched more than $100,000 in television ads to boost Roger Williams, we had a feeling it was only the beginning.

That brings the total of super PAC spending in this race to more than $351,000 — and with 18 days to go until Election Day, there's still plenty of time for more to come.

Team, not only are super PACs spending big for our opponent, but we're also being outspent by his campaign. 

Even though we outraised Roger Williams by more than $300,000 last quarter, we were still outspent 2-to-1 — $1.2 million to our $510,000 — which is easy when you have millions of dollars in personal wealth to count on as he does.

Despite these massive odds, we're showing the world what's possible: thousands of people coming together to reject the corruption and toxicity of a status quo that has failed Texas. 

We know the momentum is on our side. We're seeing it at the polls. Now, we just need to prove that people-power can ultimately overcome special interests to flip this seat.
