Just wanted to make sure you saw the very good news about our lawsuit (see my previous note, copied below in case you missed it).

The judge has ruled that we are likely to win our lawsuit over unlawful changes at the United States Postal Service that delay mail delivery, and he has ordered that those changes be reversed.
Read on for more info about this case.
But first, I need to mention that this victory comes in just one of numerous battles we’re waging against Trump and his regressive, hateful, corporate agenda.
Day in and day out, Public Citizen is fighting the Trump administration — in the courts, in Congress, and everywhere else it is doing damage.
If you can, please chip in today to help make sure this shared project called Public Citizen is at full strength as we continue confronting Trumpism.

More about our victory in this lawsuit:
- In May, Trump put a mega-donor, Louis DeJoy, in charge of the United States Postal Service (even though DeJoy has substantial investments in private delivery companies).
- DeJoy implemented drastic service cuts and other changes — which we believe violate federal law — that caused widespread disruptions in mail delivery.
- In August, Public Citizen and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund filed a lawsuit in federal court, on behalf of the NAACP, to stop DeJoy from disrupting mail delivery.
- Last month, we asked the court to order DeJoy to restore service to what it was before his arbitrary and illegal changes.
- And the judge just ruled in our favor.
But this is no time to ease up — we are still fighting Trump on many, many other fronts.
