When President Trump announced the nomination of Judge Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court, I was honored to represent you in the Rose Garden.
With this nomination and confirmation, I am very confident that we will finally, after decades, see a Supreme Court majority that is bound to the Constitution and will interpret the law rather than write it.
Recall the eruption of chaos surrounding now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings? False accusations came from several directions, but FRC and other truth-tellers fought to correct the public record. You can count on us to fulfill that same role now for President Trump's nominee.

Overall, we have championed the 200+ judges that the current administration has nominated; and when we've raised concerns about a select few, not all went on to be confirmed.
