On-stage: TPA and Fusebox Festival?s First Residency Project

Texas Theatre and Dance?s Charles O. Anderson reimagines (Re)current Unrest
for the camera, so that a wider audience can explore legacy, authorship,
and a history of social and political unrest. Stream the performance live
from the Bass Concert Hall stage tonight and tomorrow. Pay-What-You-Can for
access to this incredible production.

Learn more about how Anderson transformed the work from an in-person
performance to a live film in this interview with Fusebox Festival?s
Co-Artistic Director Anna Gallagher-Ross.

In the TPA Scenic Studio

Take a look as Metz-S?nchez Elementary kids create robot stories for UT
students to bring to life as part of the Performance Robots course.
These robots remind us of the power of collaboration and play during a
challenging year. Watch their progress on Instagram and Facebook.

On The Plaza

While our theatres remain closed to audiences, we are bringing the art
outside with the Texas Big Top tent on the Bass Concert Hall plaza.
TPA has recently produced several in-person, socially-distanced events
for UT students and we?re looking forward to inviting you to our new
temporary stage soon. Stay tuned for details.
