John,

Churches continue to be silenced. Today California is finally forced to respond to our lawsuit in court.

Singing in church remains banned in California.

As we’ve been warning you, the radical Left has been trying to weaponize COVID-19 to push their extreme agenda. And churches have been their first target.

Singing is a fundamental part of worship. The Bible commands us to “Make a joyful noise to the Lord . . . . Come into his presence with singing.” (Psalm 100:2) Banning this is one of the most draconian abuses of power in a pandemic.

We’re fighting back. At the ACLJ, we filed a MAJOR lawsuit against the singing ban. TODAY is California’s deadline to respond in court to our motion to block the singing ban in church. But we face a significant challenge. We’re going head-to-head against a powerful state government and its inexhaustible resources.

TODAY – as we go to court in a case that could quickly head to the Supreme Court – we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support.

Chip in $5 or More Today To Defeat the Singing Ban in Church.
