Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (a former Democratic AG) just showed us why the Affordable Care Act is more at stake than ever before:

Sen. Whitehouse exposed a right-wing group that is funding Republican AGs who are trying to dismantle the ACA in the Supreme Court, while actively spending millions of dollars in ads to support Judge Amy Coney Barrett's nomination.

It's simple: Extremist dark money groups are actively doing everything they can to tear down the ACA and remake the Supreme Court with extremist Trump-nominated justices.

"Kudos to Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse for shining a light on the dark money (secret donors) behind the right-wing campaign to remake the Supreme Court."
- Robert Reich

We can't let dark money groups assist in getting Trump's nominee on the Supreme Court, especially when most Americans believe that the winner of the next Presidential election should pick the Supreme Court nominee.

Sign on now: Demand that the Senate delay the vote of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court!

Already in Judge Coney Barrett's hearing she has:
* Refused to comment on her beliefs on Roe v. Wade.
* Wouldn't say if presidents should commit to a transition of peaceful power.
* Denied any request to recuse herself from cases that deal with the election.

But here are the facts: With millions of dollars from extremist dark money groups pouring in to support Trump's nominee, we don't have much time to fight back.

This is urgent. We need 600 people to speak up by midnight so we can stop this vote in its tracks.

With a conservative Supreme Court possibly deciding the fate of abortion, marriage equality, and even our democracy, we need YOU to demand that the Senate delay this vote now.
