As I'm writing this email to you today, the stakes of this historic election just went from high to off the charts.

Our democratic norms are being trampled as Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans scramble to ram through a Supreme Court nomination - a direct threat to the Affordable Care Act, reproductive rights and countless other liberties that protect millions of Americans. Our focus right now should be on a bipartisan way to get the coronavirus under control and relief to the millions of Americans crying out for help.

And to make things even worse, the Supreme Court will be hearing the critical case that could strike down the Affordable Care Act in its entirety just a week after Election Day. The future of our health care is on the ballot this November.
