Subject Visualization: Ranking the Partisan Lean of Legislative Districts

VPAP has updated its index ([link removed]) to rank the partisan tendencies of all 140 General Assembly districts. The update takes into account a federal court order earlier this year that redrew 25 state House districts stretching from Richmond to Virginia Beach. The VPAP Index the partisan lean of each district relative to the statewide performance in the 2016 presidential and 2017 gubernatorial elections.
