Now more than ever, it's imperative that we pay close attention to the decisions and actions our leaders in Washington take.

 

As a nation and in each individual state, we have been presented with two choices. We can follow the science and evidence, or follow Donald Trump. My opponent Lee Zeldin has chosen the latter every chance he's gotten -- and it is incredible that our current leader in Washington is STILL playing politics with this pandemic.

 

After I wrote to you yesterday and this afternoon concerning tonight's fundraising deadline, our endorsement from Newsday, and ECU naming Zeldin a Big Money 20 incumbent, we saw an outpouring of support. Now, we're closing in on our goal, but our records show that you haven’t made a contribution yet.

 

As a scientist, and as the representative for NY-01, I will always prioritize facts and evidence over political games and corporate donors -- and I’m really hoping you’ll pitch in now to help us raise $3,600 more before midnight so we can flip NY-01 red to blue and elect a leader who will put Suffolk County first.
