Yesterday, Judge Barrett not only refused to say whether voter intimidation is illegal (it is) and whether a president should commit to a peaceful transfer of power, but she also reiterated her extreme view that serious felons should not be barred from gun ownership.
These dangerous answers come as President Trump has repeatedly refused to commit to accepting the results of the election and as his campaign amasses what they’re calling an “army” of poll watchers on election day.
