I wanted to draw back the curtain for a moment and let you in on a few things. There are three resources every campaign has: people, money, and time.

For the rest of the campaign, you're going to hear even more about time from us. How Matt Gaetz has spent his time dishonoring our communities in Congress, how long he spends on Fox News lying and promoting himself, and how much time we have left to decide who represents Florida's 1st.

And right now, the time we're focused on is 19 days -- that's all we have left until the polls close.

I just spoke with our finance director, Emma, and we're $7,855 short of what we need for our Voter Outreach Fund. Can you chip in $5 or more to help?

After watching Matt Gaetz be an absolute disgrace for our district these past several years, I've got a lot of thoughts on how we can better spend our time in office. Here's what's on my list:

-Repeal Gaetz's terrible beach privatization bill
-Create new systems to hold politicians accountable and root out corruption
-Tackle climate change before it's too late, and we leave our children an inhabitable planet
-Help pass real campaign finance reform that puts people back in the cockpit of our democracy

But right now we're in jeopardy of putting these issues on the back burner because we don't have the funds we need to contact the voters we need to win.
