John,

We’re taking animal abusers to court to win justice for animal victims. That
means we need you with us to ensure we raise every lifesaving dollar of the
$100,000 matching gift we’ve been offered. Will you please double your impact with a contribution today?

Right now, we’re waging a legal battle against a milk company that tried to hide
animal cruelty behind deceptive labels and marketing that portrayed the company
as humane. Investigative videos at an Indiana dairy company called Fair Oaks
Farm — a supplier to Fairlife milk company — showed workers kicking baby cows in the head, throwing
them onto the ground, and leaving them to overheat and die in the sun. Calves
were stabbed and beaten with steel rebars, burned in the face with hot branding
irons, and kneed in the spine.

No animal deserves to suffer like that, and we’re determined to stop it. But
such cruelty often occurs behind closed doors — and those responsible will do
anything to keep it hidden. That’s why I’m asking for your support now when it will go twice as far to bolster our
fight to end animal cruelty and hold companies that engage in animal abuse
accountable .

“making the world a better place” and that its products come from cows who
receive “extraordinary care and comfort.” In response, the Animal Legal Defense
Fund joined other organizations in bringing a class-action lawsuit against
Fairlife for consumer deception and false advertising.

John, we refuse to let Fairlife and other bad
actors get away with cruelty and deceit. Animal abuse is rampant on factory farms — and it must be stopped. There’s no better time than now to support our fight against animal cruelty,
because every donation will be matched, up to a total of $100,000.

Farmed animals are the most abused animals in the country with an estimated nine
billion animals suffering unimaginable cruelty each year. We’re using every tool
we have to stop this abuse, but that means taking on massive, powerful
corporations like Fairlife that exploit animals for profit. It’s going to take every single one of us, relentlessly fighting on animals’
behalf, to bring an end to factory farm abuse. Will you stand up to this deceptive, abusive industry — and stand up for farmed
animals — with a contribution to be matched today?
