Go ahead and file this under obvious things we wouldn't be talking about if we had an adult in the White House:

Sean Casten via Twitter: "I would like to encourage everyone in #IL06 to vote for me. Once. Just once. Because that's the law. And apparently that's something that needs to be said. I apologize if this sounds partisan."

All jokes about Trump's repeated efforts to undermine our elections aside -- the consequences of losing this seat are serious.

Sean is up against a far-right "conservative crusader" who has given Trump an "A" rating for his first term, proudly mocked LGBTQ and immigrant communities, and called Social Security a "Ponzi scheme" and a "scam".

If she succeeds in taking this seat, she'll work to repeal the ACA, overturn Roe v. Wade, and take us backwards in the fight against climate change.

We need to take a stand for our district and our values. Will you chip in to make sure Sean has the resources he needs to power through the final weeks of this election cycle and defend this battleground seat?
