John,

We are less than 20 days away from a historical race here in Wisconsin’s 5th Congressional District.

Maybe you have voted already, contributed, or have your plan in place to vote. Still, there are still a TON of ways to help out. Check out the list below!

1) Phone Bank: We have an open phone bank that anyonelaccess, any day, from 10 am - 8 pm. This means, you can access the phone bank and make calls to our targeted universe whenever you want up until November 3rd at 8pm. If you are phone banking for the Democratic Party, please note that you are not phone banking to the same universe that we are asking you to target nor do you have the same script. They are different. Here is the link to access: https://www.openvpb.com/vpb_bycode/072984H-282169 If you have access to VoteBuilder, this is the VPB code: 072984H-282169

You do not need a phone, you can even make calls directly from your computer.

2) Postcards: We have a few hundred postcards that still need a message, a postage stamp, a mailing label or all three on the postcard. If you have a postcard without a mailing label, please stop by the office anytime this Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm or Saturday from 9 am-4 pm to pick some up. Our hours are also posted on our website at the bottom and Facebook page: www.facebook.com/tomforwi

3) Door Hangers: We have about 15,000 pieces of lit left in the office. Stop by the office, grab some door hangers, and we can give you a list of addresses from our targeted universe. We are prioritizing assembly districts 58, 59, 60, 98, 98, and 99 (Slinger, Jackson, Richfield, West Bend, Campbellsport, Saukville, Waukesha, Pewaukee, Delafield area) but we are happy to give you lit to drop if you prefer to do it closer to your home.

Activities such as walking your dog or taking your kids out for a bike ride are great times to carry some of our lit and deliver. Get creative!

4) Letters to the Editor: Please contact your local newspaper and submit a letter to the editor about why you support Tom’s campaign. You do not need to contact us to have it approved nor for us to submit. We have three Sundays left before the election and hope that we can fill as many newspapers as possible with letters to the editor.

5) Merch: We still have bumper stickers, “Women for Tom,” “Veterans for Tom,” and a few regular signs left. In addition, we still have buttons and t-shirts that we need gone. Stop by the office to buy some apparel to represent Team Tom! Suggested donations are as follows…

Bumper stickers - $10

Yard signs - $10

T-shirts -$25

Buttons -$5

We also have a TON of upcoming events. Check out our website to learn more!

Events:

Tonight, Thursday (10/15), Tom and Melissa Winker (State Assembly Candidate for District 38) will discuss healthcare and Wisconsin’s COVID-19 response with Dr. Ronald Remmel from 7:00-7:30 pm CDT: https://www.tomforwi.com/events/virtual-town-hall-on-healthcare-and-covid-19-with-melissa-winker

We are no longer doing virtual house parties, now we are asking you to email your private list. In lieu of hosting virtual events, Terri, Tom’s wife will assist you with sending an email to your list asking for your friends and family to support Tom. Tom will create a pre-recorded video that you can include directly in the email. It will be as easy as copy+paste. Please respond immediately if you are able to do this. We need to fundraise as much as possible, even if people have already voted because we are going to be spending thousands of dollars this month. We cannot let Scott Fitzgerald win.

Thank you for all of your support. Let’s finish strong!

Forward,

Chelsea Cross
