If you make a contribution before tonight’s debate, your name will appear on a list of Debate Donors we show Sara before she goes onstage. Chip in now and show Sara you have her back.
John —
Tonight, I have a very important debate against Senator Susan Collins.
It matters a lot because this debate will be one of my last chances before Election Day to speak directly to Mainers — including the six percent of voters who are still undecided.
In addition, my team is trying to generate as many individual donations as possible before tonight’s debate. Not only because that is how we are funding this campaign, but also because every single donation we receive before I take the stage sends a powerful message about the strength of our grassroots campaign.
That’s why I have to ask:
At tonight’s debate, Mainers will hear two very different visions for our state.
Senator Collins' vision is one that puts Mitch McConnell’s wants ahead of what Mainers need.
I know we can do so much better than that.
This debate is an opportunity for me to lay out my vision for Maine, where access to high-quality health care, affordable prescription drugs, and an economy that works for everyone is not a question, but an absolute right.
And again, with a record number of voters already casting their ballots, this is also one of our last opportunities to reach the remaining six percent of voters who are still undecided.
So please, if you can afford it, make a contribution at this link. It would mean a lot to know you have my back during this very important debate.
Thank you for everything you do.
All my best,
Sara Gideon
