** No wonder Biden opposes fracking!
------------------------------------------------------------
W ([link removed]) ashington Post ([link removed]) (9/1/20) reports: "Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show. One email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017, with the subject line 'Expectations,' included details of 'remuneration packages' for six people involved in an unspecified business venture. Biden was identified as 'Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,' an apparent reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co. His pay was pegged at '850' and the email also noted that 'Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.' In addition, the email outlined a 'provisional agreement' under which 80 percent of the 'equity,' or shares in the new company, would be split equally
among four people whose initials correspond to the sender and three recipients, with 'H' apparently referring to Biden."

Pennsylvania wouldn't be Pennsylvania without the incredible work the state's energy producers put in every day...
** Real Clear Energy ([link removed])
(10/14/20) reports: "The Keystone State, an oil and natural gas powerhouse, is under siege by an alliance of well-organized, well-funded “green” activists. From cap-and-trade schemes meant to bleed ratepayers dry to fracking bans on one of Pennsylvania’s most vital industries, the environmental Left is fighting an all-out war to blanket the commonwealth with its antihuman ideology. If successful, the activists will transform one of the country’s most important energy-producing states into the professional Left’s latest conquest—and Pennsylvanians will pay the price. Pennsylvania is the largest net exporter of electricity in the U.S., and its great success has made it a target of professional left-wing activists. These environmentalists are waging a nationwide war on cheap, abundant energy from coal, oil, and natural gas. They want to force the country to arbitrarily shift to unreliable and expensive sources such as wind turbines and solar plants. If any state understands oil, coal, and
gas, it’s Pennsylvania. America’s oil industry—and its first oil boom—started in Titusville in 1859. Drillers and investors such as John D. Rockefeller and his Standard Oil flocked to the commonwealth, turning backwater towns into thriving metropolises. At its peak, Pennsylvania was producing one-third of the world’s annual oil output, driving the construction of railroads and the rise of American manufacturing well into the 20th century."
...and only one candidate is fighting for them!

(10/13/20) reports: "During his rally in Johnstown, President Trump highlighted the importance of fracking to Pennsylvania’s economy and workers while emphasizing Biden’s plan to end fracking. While President Trump has helped make America an energy super-power, Biden’s radical energy policies would kill Pennsylvania jobs and leave the U.S. at the mercy of foreign energy producers. Biden’s 'energy' plan openly calls for eliminating oil and gas from the U.S. energy grid by 2035. Biden repeatedly expressed support for wiping out fracking, oil and gas production, and the jobs they support. By Definition, This Would Lead To Natural Gas, Coal, And Oil Being Eliminated From The U.S. Energy Grid. 'Presidential candidate Joe Biden’s $2 trillion climate plan is supposed to eliminate carbon dioxide emissions from the electric sector by 2035. In 2019, 62 percent of U.S. electricity generation was produced from natural gas, coal, and petroleum products—the energy sources that will need to be replaced
if Biden’s plan goes into effect.' (“Biden’s Costly, Quixotic ‘Clean Energy’ Standard,” Institute For Energy Research, 8/10/20)"
Why am I not surprised that his staff didn't give him his yellow vest?

(10/15/20) reports: "Rep. Francis Rooney wants to spend some time in Spain. The Florida Republican is retiring after just four years on Capitol Hill, where he has become known as one of the few Republicans who support carbon pricing and environmental regulation. When he leaves, Rooney wants to be a model for term limits and, once the coronavirus pandemic subsides, he wants to head to the Rioja region of Spain, where his family runs a small-batch winery, Bodega 202...He's been one of only a handful of Republicans to co-sponsor carbon pricing legislation, and since the beginning of the 116th Congress, he's been the co-chairman of the bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus with Rep. Ted Deutch (D-Fla.)...'After you co-sponsored a carbon tax bill, the American Energy Alliance said it sent you a yellow vest in reference to the gas tax protesters in France. I was wondering if you ever received that' 'No, I don't remember that. I remember Grover Norquist coming over to the office and trying to tell
me what a bad idea it was. Of course, I told him, you've got a whole lot of bad ideas, so forget it.'"
The 'experts' weigh in on what a Biden administration would look like for America's energy producers.
