Do a Health Check-Up on Your Spiritual Fitness

The terms of our happiness will shift in recovery: we will find great comfort in happy relationships. We will achieve bliss in the calming presence of a Higher Power, however we define it. And we will gleefully rely on new hobbies and habits to fill our days. But if we don’t value our spiritual fitness, we may lose all those precious belongings.

The lessons found in the Twelve Steps lay the groundwork for our spiritual lives, and they provide us a renewable source of calm acceptance so we show up well for the things we cherish most. Join Paul Anderson to learn why the lessons from Steps 10–12 are absolutely fundamental to long-term recovery and how to ensure a constant and close connection to everything you care about.
