We’re now on Day 3 of Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation hearing in the Senate. Just this morning, Lindsey Graham gave up the game. He said out loud what we all know to be true: “Obamacare is on the ballot.”

It sure is. And we know full well that Lindsey Graham, President Trump and Senate Republicans are rushing this extreme nominee through so that they can overturn the entire Affordable Care Act when it comes before the Supreme Court on November 10th – just ONE WEEK after the election.

It’s never been more important that we have a Democratic Senate. That’s the only way we will be able to protect and expand the health care that millions rely on.

The Senate Judiciary Committee began hearings for President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee yesterday.

Voters are already casting ballots across the country, and John, Trump and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell want to rush their Supreme Court nominee through just three weeks before Election Day.

Trump and McConnell do not want American voters to have a say of who will be the next judge to receive a lifetime appointment to the highest court in our country.
