This close to any election, I always get nervous.
The thing that makes me feel better is knowing that I’m doing something to make a difference. That’s why I make calls to voters in Super States every week. No matter what Trump is spouting on Twitter or what McConnell is scheming in the Senate, I know I’m doing something concrete to make sure they don’t serve another term.
If you’re ready to take action, join our Call Nights on Thursday and Sunday evenings—this Thursday, we’re calling voters in Michigan. Every night starts with a personal training and an update on the Super State we’re calling into. At a time when we can’t rally and canvass like we used to, making calls with a thousand other volunteers across the country reminds me of how powerful we are when we work together.

To win the White House, Joe Biden needs to win Michigan. The polls look good now, but we can't get complacent—Michigan had some of the worst polling errors in '16. And Democratic Senator Gary Peters is in a tight race—within just one point in a recent poll—so we need to make sure we hold onto his key Senate seat. The calls we make to turn out voters could make all the difference this year.
In the days after Election Day, as the dust settles, we’ll know we did everything possible to help Democrats win up and down the ballot. That’s a good feeling.
