National Republican leaders are still balking at the idea of getting any real coronavirus aid or relief passed before Election Day. We've been neck-deep in the pandemic since March, and the American people have only had one chance at temporary relief through the CARES Act.
It's long overdue for another stimulus package. Our small businesses are struggling, communities without broadband access are getting left further behind, and state and local governments are facing bankruptcy due to record revenue shortfalls.
