Apportionments Deadline
The final date to submit 2020 apportionment payments is January 8, 2021. Any apportionment payment sent after December 31 wil need to be sent with guaranteed delivery before 12 p.m. on January 8 (i.e. FedEx/UPS/USPS guaranteed deliver). You should contact Brooke Sweezer at [email protected] (573-441-1770 ext. 222) and notify her if you have sent payment after December 31. Payments may always be hand-delivered to the Missouri Conference office in Columbia during business hours. Any payments received after 12 p.m. on January 8, 2021 will not be credited to 2020 apportionments. Recently the United States Postal Service has experienced some delays in delivery. This includes service in and around Columbia. Your apportionments must be received by January 8, not simply postmarked. Please contact Brooke Sweezer if you have any questions.
