John, I hesitate to ask any more of you today, but my team just told me we’re still behind on our critical $75,000 FEC goal for our deadline tonight.

I have to admit, I’m worried about what happens if we fall short here. We may need to pull down our new ad, and that would allow the GOP’s false, nasty attacks to go unchallenged in this race.

That would really harm our campaign, especially after every major forecaster ranked this race a Toss-Up and the latest poll shows our Republican opponent in the lead!

My opponent has the full support of the Republican establishment machine because of his extreme far-right agenda. They know he is in real danger of losing his seat, and I’m willing to bet his corporate backers are preparing a last-minute barrage of attacks against our campaign.

Unlike my opponent, I don’t have corporate PACs or dark money donors to write me huge campaign checks. And I don’t want them. I have something much more powerful in my corner — you!
