Media Relations Manager
FairVote is seeking an experienced Media Relations Manager to act as FairVote’s primary point of contact for members of the press, and as the main liaison for both inbound media requests and outbound media campaigns. This position will have management responsibilities of occasional vendors and contractors, and will manage an intern on specific, time-bound media projects. Senior Campaign Manager
FairVote is looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager (SCM) to help design, build, and run FairVote’s legislative advocacy campaigns. The SCM will take a lead role in the design, management, and promotion of new public advocacy campaigns leveraging the appropriate mix of grasstops organizing, legislative outreach, coalition building, and earned media tactics to advance the goals of FairVote and FairVote Action involving advocacy wins in the next four years. Finance and Operations Associate
FairVote is hoping to recruit a Finance and Operations Associate to manage a variety of financial, accounting, and general operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent attention to detail, a proactive, can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy working with others. While our team has been working remotely during the pandemic, we are optimistic we will return to our Takoma Park, MD, offices once we can ensure our staff’s ongoing safety and security and would require any new staff members to join our office once it reopens.
