Team Maloney,
For years, I've dedicated my career to helping the people of this district and this country, and I'm so honored that my track record continues to merit your support. I've never taken it for granted.
But just because I've been in Congress, doesn't mean that this seat is safe. I know that in order to keep fighting for our progressive values, there is still work to be done. And this year, in the most consequential election of our lifetime, there is more at stake than ever before.
All of my Democratic efforts continue to be met with staunch resistance from the opposition. My GOP opponent is an avid Trump supporter who will undoubtedly be helping to push the conservative agenda forward. I'm worried because Republicans only need to flip a few seats to take away so much of the work we've already accomplished together.
We can’t afford to take any steps backward. We've got to be prepared to fight tooth-and-nail to hold the House majority and ensure blue victories across the country, up and down the ballot. So I need your help.
We need to raise $18,000 by tomorrow's big FEC deadline if we're going to continue building on the strength of the Democratic movement. We cannot look vulnerable or show any signs of weakness. Will you pitch in right now to help make sure we hit our critical goal by tomorrow?
