John, here’s where this competitive race stands:
A recent poll showed Proposition 113, the National Popular Vote, in a virtual tie with our opponents -- with 23% of voters undecided.
Our opponents are flooding the airwaves in Colorado with false attacks about the National Popular Vote, trying to stop us from making every vote for president count.
We have a public fundraising deadline tonight at midnight -- then our report will go public and everyone will see how much we’ve raised and how many folks have chipped in to fuel our fight. If there are any vulnerabilities, you can bet our opponents will exploit them to derail our momentum.
John, we’ll cut to the chase: We need you to chip in $10 or more today so we can fight back against our opponents’ attacks and reach every undecided voter in Colorado to get them to vote YES on Prop 113, the National Popular Vote:

If you believe in one person, one vote, and that the candidate who wins the most votes should become president -- now is the time to show it by supporting our fight to pass Proposition 113, the National Popular Vote.
Thanks for stepping up,
Yes on Prop 113
National Popular Vote
Proposition 113 is on the ballot in Colorado this November. A YES vote on Prop 113 supports the National Popular Vote, which guarantees the Presidency to the candidate who wins the most votes in all 50 states. Last year, Governor Polis signed the National Popular Vote into law. On November 3rd, Coloradans will be asked to approve the decision of the Legislature and the Governor.
