Volunteers are needed to assist Asian American and Pacific Islander voters, especially those with specific Asian language needs. We are looking for volunteers for the English line as well as bilingual volunteers in several Asian languages:
Bengali ([link removed])
Cantonese ([link removed])
English ([link removed])
Hindi ([link removed])
Korean ([link removed])
Mandarin ([link removed])
Tagalog ([link removed])
Urdu ([link removed])
Vietnamese ([link removed])

If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the language linked above to sign up for a four-hour shift on any day from Monday, October 19 to Wednesday, November 4. Please share this with your network and help us recruit volunteers.

Volunteers will provide in-language assistance to voters with a team of voting experts. Calls have ranged from looking up local early voting locations to explaining how the mail-in ballot works. Your role is also important to detect voter suppression or disinformation that may be out there. NO knowledge or experience in elections or voting is required. We will provide all the required training.

WHEN: Monday, October 19 to Wednesday, November 4

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS: Four hour shifts are available on weekdays from 9 AM to 12 Midnight ET. On weekends, shifts are available 9 AM to 6 PM ET.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Computer and internet connection. When you log in, calls will be directed to you directly. During your shift you can continue to do other things but we ask that you make yourself available during your shift to answer any calls that come through.

ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: You will be able to use the election protection FAQs ([link removed]) and 866-OUR-VOTE ([link removed]) to acquaint yourself with the voting process in the various states.
