Hey John,
Fossil fuel executives are holding our communities hostage. Their greed and destruction have cost our world far too much for far too long.
Young people around the world, like Greta Thunberg, have been taking to the streets to demand climate action and 350.org is answering their call.
With your help, we’re organizing the largest climate action in history, the Global Climate Strikes, a youth-led week of actions demanding world leaders respond to the current climate crisis.
Can you chip in and help us pull off the biggest climate action in world history?
The power of our movement will be taking on fossil fuel billionaires starting with the largest single-day, youth-led Global Climate Strike, on September 20th, and following up with a global week of action until the 27th. With your help, the Global Climate Strikes will turn the tide on climate justice once and for all.
John, millions will demand an end to the industry killing the poorest and most politically marginalized amongst us and profiting off the destruction of our climate. We will skip school and leave our workplaces and homes to disrupt the status quo and say NO MORE business as usual.
Changing our entire system was never going to be easy — but we already have nearly 400 events planned across 317 cities worldwide — and with your help, we can make these numbers skyrocket!
