Last Chance for Animals (LCA) asks you to vote for your favorite dog in the Best in Shelter competition! Best in Shelter is an online contest featuring animals from seven animal shelters in Maryland and Virginia. The competition runs now thru Oct 28th. The first week, voters choose one dog out of fourteen. The second week, voters choose the winning dog out of the remaining seven. Only one vote per day. Click here to vote!
