John,
Vice President Biden has repeatedly refused to answer a simple, but immensely important question to American voters and our republic.
If you win the election on November 3rd and become President, would you pack the Supreme Court with activist liberal judges?
His response? That American voters don’t deserve to know where he stands.
John, this is not only unacceptable, but it is also utterly ridiculous.
The Supreme Court is one of our most revered and respected institutions and American voters deserve to know whether a Biden administration would take a hammer to 150 years of precedent and effectively destroy our constitutional republic.
And it gets even worse — Democrats are trying to gaslight the American people by changing the very definition of court packing in order to normalize their extreme agenda.
Let me set the record straight.
Court packing means increasing the total number of justices on the Supreme Court in order to fill it with judges who are friendly to your political agenda. It does not mean Republicans filling vacancies that they have the constitutional right to fill.
Vice President Biden knows the truth about packing — he said so himself in 1983 and in 2005, calling it a crazy power grab.
Just last year, he said "I would not get into court packing. We add three justices. Next time around, we lose control, they add three justices. We begin to lose any credibility the court has at all."
Vice President Biden is simply lying to the American people because he’s afraid of upsetting the fringe of his party. It’s unacceptable, and he must be straight with them about his intentions.
