ACB SENATE HEARINGS:
The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding hearings this week on Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the United States Supreme Court. In her opening statement on Monday, Judge Barrett again demonstrated to the nation why she fully deserves to be on the Supreme Court, perfectly encapsulating the role of the judicial branch in our federal government. Judge Barrett stated, “Courts have a vital responsibility to the rule of law, which is critical to a free society. But courts are not designed to solve every problem or right every wrong in our public life. The policy decisions and value judgements of government must be made by the political branches, elected by and accountable to the people.” Over the past two days, Democrats have attempted to frame Judge Barrett’s nomination as an attack on healthcare in our nation, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Democrats have no idea how Judge Barrett will rule on any front and are simply projecting their misguided beliefs onto Judge Barrett, without actually knowing what she believes. |
BOTTOM LINE: |
As we have seen in the past with Judge Robert Bork, Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh, Democrats will do anything they can to stop a nomination to the Supreme Court by a Republican – especially President Trump. The American Bar Association has rated Judge Barrett as “well qualified,” the highest rating that can be given to a judicial nominee. The reason Democrats are cynically co-opting Judge Barrett’s confirmation process to focus on political issues is because liberals shamefully want to use the hearings to attack President Trump and Republicans leading up to the election. It’s disgusting that Democrats would use something as important as confirming a Supreme Court justice to play political games. I look forward to Judge Barrett being confirmed and serving on the Supreme Court for a long time to come. |

President Trump Returns to Campaign Trail: According to White House physician Dr. Sean Conley, President Trump has tested negative for COVID-19 “on consecutive days.” After testing positive for the virus earlier this month, President Trump never stopped working and quickly began the recovery process. Now our president has made a complete recovery and has returned to the campaign trail. On Monday, President Trump gave a thundering speech in Sanford, Florida. Yesterday, he was in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Today, he will be in Des Moines, Iowa, before visiting Greenville, North Carolina, tomorrow. On Friday, the president will be making campaign stops in Ocala, Florida, and Macon, Georgia. |
BOTTOM LINE: |
President Trump is showing strength to the American people by recovering from COVID-19 and quickly getting back on the campaign trail once again. As President Trump has advised, we need to take extra precaution to protect our seniors and vulnerable populations, but we cannot allow fear to control our lives. It’s time to open America back up for business and get everyone back to work. President Trump is leading by example for all of us. Democrat-led states are using fear to enact authoritarian policies to control every facet of our lives. That cannot continue, and as President Trump has said time and time again, we have to move forward. Life must return to normal – sooner rather than later. |

Joe Biden Won’t Condemn Packing Supreme Court: Over the past few weeks, Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden has refused to condemn packing the Supreme Court. While on the campaign trail, Biden has been asked time and time again by reporters if he would be on board with expanding and packing the Supreme court with left-wing justices. But rather than give a direct answer, Sleepy Joe has only said he will give his answer after the election is over. Last week, Biden ludicrously said that voters “don’t deserve” to know his answer. As Joe Biden continues to duck answering whether or not he would pack the Supreme Court, that has now become a key issue for American voters. |
BOTTOM LINE: |
The reason former Vice President Joe Biden is hiding his position on packing the High Court is because Biden would definitely pack the court and grab power for radical liberals. If Biden actually admits that he will pack the Supreme Court, he will lose the average American voter. Nevertheless, we all know that if Biden were elected president, he would cave to his party’s far-left base and pack the Supreme Court. That is another reason why it is so important for us to re-elect President Trump this November. |

CPD Tries to Help Elect Joe Biden: Last week, the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) announced – without consulting with President Trump’s campaign – that the second debate between the president and former Vice President Joe Biden would be virtual with both candidates participating remotely. The second debate was originally supposed to be tomorrow in Miami, but the CPD refused to allow an in-person debate, even though President Trump would have recovered from the coronavirus by the date (which he has). President Trump’s campaign then offered to move the dates for the second and third presidential debates to a week later so that both could still be in person but, of course, Joe Biden’s campaign refused. The second debate has been, sadly, cancelled while the last debate is still taking place next week on October 22.
Many of the CPD’s chairs and members of the board of directors have donated to Democrats or have made disparaging remarks toward President Trump throughout the past few years. Even some of the “Republicans” on the board have attacked President Trump since he entered presidential politics. It’s obvious that the CPD has been working overtime to protect Joe Biden in any way possible. If the second debate was virtual, Biden could go back to his basement where his handlers could feed him answers through a teleprompter. The debate wouldn’t be President Trump versus Joe Biden – it would be President Trump versus a ton of Joe Biden’s handlers. It’s even more telling that Biden’s campaign wouldn’t agree to move the debate dates back so that both could be in person – Joe Biden is scared of debating President Trump. |

Joe Biden Tells Americans Not to Vote for Him: A recent Gallup poll showed that 56 percent of American voters believe they are better off now than they were four years ago. A majority of Americans think their lives have improved under the leadership of President Trump. A reporter in Ohio recently cited the Gallup poll to Democratic presidential nominee, former Vice President Joe Biden, asking him, “Why should people who feel that they're better off today under a Trump administration vote for you?” Biden responded, “Well, if they think that, they probably shouldn’t.” He then insulted Americans by saying that “their memory is not very good, quite frankly.” |
BOTTOM LINE: |
Joe Biden has once again told Americans to not vote for him and insulted them all in the same breath. This should come as no surprise. We’re three weeks away from Election Day, and Biden has yet to provide a real platform that isn’t in some way plagiarized from someone else. Joe Biden is only running to be president of the United States simply because he feels he is owed the position after spending nearly five decades in Washington as a career politician. Hillary Clinton ran on that same mindset in 2016 and failed miserably, and Joe Biden will face the same result in just a few short weeks. President Trump will be re-elected on November 3.
