Updates from GLAAD
Spirit Day is just ONE day away - are you ready to go purple with millions of others to stand against bullying of LGBTQ youth?

Here’s how you can participate starting right now:

  1. Post on social media to encourage others to join in supporting LGBTQ youth
  • Don’t know what to write? Try something like this
  • Join me in going purple for #SpiritDay 10/15 to support LGBTQ youth. Go purple here: glaad.org/spiritday
  • Update your profile picture online with a purple Spirit Day frame
  • Wear purple all day long and let family, friends, peers, and colleagues know why!
  • Download resources, graphics and an official Spirit Day Zoom background to learn the facts, spread the word, and go purple in virtual classes and meetings.
  • Follow @glaad on Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to see who else is going purple in support. Look out for posts from celebs like Adam Rippon, Halle Berry, Cher and more!
