Dear Brazos County Neighbor,

Let me start this letter with our wishes that you and your family are
staying safe and well during our nation's battle with COVID-19.

I am writing to share news regarding extremely important local political
initiatives. The Republican Party of Brazos County (RPBC) is
aggressively investing in our critical 2020 Election. The leadership of
our local party has established a budget of $40,000 to help Republican
candidates, starting with President Trump at the top of the ballot.
These funds will be dedicated to mailings, traditional and social media
marketing, candidate events, volunteer support, and promotional
materials. Gina and I have invested in their efforts, and we are hopeful
that you will join us in shaping the outcome of the most important
election of our lifetimes.

Due to COVID19, the RPBC's premier fundraiser event was canceled,
hurting our ability to raise critically needed resources for Republican
victories. Despite this cancellation, the committed and innovative
leadership of the RPBC has developed a great plan to raise resources to
assure Republican victories during the November elections. To help with
their efforts, I have donated a MAGA cap which President Trump
autographed for me while we were flying over Texas on Air Force One. In
addition to this MAGA cap, I have donated the pen that President Trump
gave to me after he used it to sign the cap. I am also contributing a
Letter of Authenticity describing the cap, the pen, and the occasion.

The RPBC is using this package as part of a unique program called
"Defenders of Liberty" to involve donors at all levels of support.
Defenders of Liberty will offer increasing levels of online donation
opportunities. During the auction process, each donor's cumulative
contributions will be recorded on a donor ranking table. At the
conclusion of the online part of the campaign, the top ten donors will
be invited to a live auction reception for the MAGA cap package at our
home on Thursday, October 29th. During the live auction, the top
cumulative donor will receive the MAGA cap package, and the top three
cumulative donors will each receive 14K White Gold USA Flag Lapel Pins
donated by Commissioner Chuck Konderla.

The online auction will open with minimum bids of $100 on Monday,
October 12th, followed by additional online auction periods for
additional bids opening in 2-day to 3-day intervals. Donors can join the
online auction at any time by meeting the cumulative bid level as the
match progresses. Donors who submit bids above the minimum bid for each
auction interval will have their excess bids held in reserve until the
higher bid intervals open to encourage participation by new bidders
throughout the process.

We are fortunate that Brazos County has generous citizens who understand
that their investment in the Republican Party of Brazos County is
critical to Defend our Liberties at home and across our great nation.
