Did you notice during the Vice Presidential debate last week that Kamala Harris completely dodged Vice President Pence’s question about Democrats packing the courts with liberal justices who will legislate from the bench?

The following day, when pressed with the same question, Joe Biden said, “You’ll know my opinion on court packing when the election is over.” 

And it’s not just Joe and Kamala who refuse to give a clear answer on this liberal packing of the courts, which is being pushed by the party’s base if Christian, pro-life Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed to the nation’s highest court.

During the only Vice Presidential debate this year, Vice President Pence asked a great question of his leftist opponent. 

He asked Kamala — very directly — “Are you and Joe Biden going to pack the court if Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed? Are you going to pack the court? Your party is actually openly advocating adding seats to the Supreme Court, which has had 9 seats for 150 years, if you don’t get your way.” 

Our Vice President wasn’t even given the dignity by Kamala to answer his question.

Joe Biden is taking the same approach — dodging the topic, claiming “it’s a great question,” but still providing no answer whatsoever.

But do you know what? The Democrats’ threats to stack the court with pro-abortion, anti-family, anti-religious liberties justices are backfiring against them.
