Hi, it's Jacquie.
On this day in just three weeks, we will make our voices heard in the most important election of our lifetimes.
And let me tell you, three weeks is not a lot of time, especially when you’re running a campaign during a pandemic. To put it into perspective, we lost Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg more than three weeks ago already. In the blink of an eye, I know Election Day will arrive.
Time isn’t the only reason I’m uneasy. Tomorrow marks our final FEC close of books deadline of this campaign. After tomorrow, our campaign and Cindy Hyde-Smith’s campaign will be required to make our fundraising numbers public. It’s one of the last things voters will see before heading to the polls.
So, with time running out and that last FEC deadline coming up tomorrow at midnight, will you make a grassroots donation of $10 or whatever you’re able to pitch in to keep this momentum up for Mike Espy and a brighter Mississippi?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
It’s been unbelievable to see Mississippi and our folks from across the country come together to support our race and move Mississippi forward. As a lifelong Mississippian, it fills my heart with so much pride.
?
Now, with Mike down by just one point in the polls, and Cindy Hyde-Smith coming out of hiding to ramp up her campaign at the last minute, time is of the essence. It’s up to us to build the diverse coalition of support we need in these final days to close the gap and put Mike over the edge on Election Day.
A better, brighter Mississippi is possible. Let’s achieve it together this November.
