I voted for Obama-Biden in 2012, but then I made a mistake in 2016: I SUPPORTED DONALD TRUMP. As a recently laid-off factory worker, I believed Trump’s promise to save my job from being shipped to Mexico.

I now see that I was vulnerable to Trump’s lies because I was desperate to hold on to my good union job that gave me healthcare and the ability to support my disabled granddaughter.

In 2016, when my company announced that they would be closing our plant and reopening in Mexico, Trump was the only candidate who pledged to stop it. But the truth is he didn’t lift a finger to help me or my co-workers.
