Dear John,
Do you believe anyone, at any age, can change the world?
No Kid Hungry youth ambassador Jaylon Kelly does, and he’s doing it. And you’re doing it alongside him, as an important part of the team that’s making his work possible.
Jaylon has been a mainstay of the effort to feed kids in Burke County, Georgia. Some days he helps prepare meals in the kitchen. Other days he’s handing out food at grab ‘n go locations. But the thing he loves most is riding the school bus, offering good cheer and a meal to kids along the route. He often snaps photos of the kids, like the one above, as they joyfully run up to get their food. He loves capturing their smiles.
Getting food to hungry kids has never been harder. Some kids are in school. Others are at home. Still others are shuttling back and forth. Hard times like these bring out the best in people and show us that you can be a hero at any age. Jaylon’s just one example.

Because of your generosity, food and love are flowing all across America. Your continued compassion and support is making such an important difference right now. Jaylon and the countless other selfless volunteers may never meet you in person, but please know that you are a critical link in the chain that puts desperately needed food into the hands of hungry children.
From the bottom of my heart, my deepest thanks.
