We have a very important ask to make of you. On September 24, No Labels is hosting the latest in our series of bipartisan bicameral meetings that feature members of the House Problem Solvers Caucus getting together with their colleagues from the Senate. These meetings are private, off-the-record, and one of the only forums in Washington where members from both chambers and both parties can speak freely with one another about where they can find common ground. We’d like you to reach out to your U.S. Senators and urge them to attend! The last bipartisan bicameral meeting No Labels hosted helped lay the groundwork for the drug pricing reform proposals, which the Problem Solvers are now working on with Senate colleagues. These meetings can have a big impact! If senators hear their constituents saying their attendance is important, it is much more likely they will attend. You can reach out directly on their website or by calling the Capitol switchboard at 202-224-3121 and asking for your senators’ offices by name. Please reach out as soon as you can because this meeting is coming up fast and senatorial schedules fill up quickly! Thanks so much for your help and please let us know if you have any questions. | |
