Court Packing Kamala: VP Candidate an Existential Threat to U.S.
Supreme Court and Second Amendment

Another week, another Biden-Harris campaign refusal to level with the
American voter on the issue of turning the federal judiciary into a
second partisan legislative branch of government. At Wednesday’s
vice presidential debate, Vice President Mike Pence asked Democratic
vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) if a
Biden-Harris administration would attempt to add seats to the U.S.
Supreme Court. Just as Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden
declined to answer this question during the first presidential debate,
Harris did not answer this simple question.

Judge Barrett Picks Second Amendment Case as Her “Most
Significant” Ruling

The confirmation hearings of Judge Amy Coney Barrett, President
Trump’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, are due to begin on
October 12th before the Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by U.S.
Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

Please Urge the Department of Justice to Rein in ATF's Arbitrary
Determination on "Honey Badger" Pistol

As we reported last week, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives (“ATF”) recently informed firearm manufacturer Q, LLC
that, in ATF’s view, Q’s “Honey Badger” pistol with
stabilizing brace is actually a short-barreled rifle and therefore
subject to the National Firearms Act (“NFA”). The NRA strongly
disagrees with this arbitrary, inequitable, and incorrect
determination by ATF that puts millions of firearms owners in danger
of federal prosecution.

Big Lie Country: Anti-gun Interests Work to Deceive Montanans

Gun control advocates know that Montanans cherish their right to keep
and bear arms. That’s why this election season, out-of-state
anti-gun interests are working to deceive rather than win over Montana
voters. Case in point is the deceptive messaging of the gun control
supporters opposed to pro-Second Amendment ballot measure LR-130.

that the exercise of 2nd Amendment rights may just be the one constant
in 2020. New data was released and records were set. This isn’t
