Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee began its confirmation hearings to appoint Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. And while these hearings could be difficult to watch, we will continue to uphold the legacy and wishes of Justice Ginsburg.

Since 2018, Demand Justice has empowered people across the entire country through collective action and activism in the fight to restore balance and legitimacy to our federal courts. Demand Justice has been a constant advocate for reform of the courts -- and since we've got a nominee that has no interest in equal protection under law, it's crucial that we do all we can in the fight to honor RBG's final wish --
no confirmation until inauguration.
This virtual event will feature appearances from political leaders from all over, entertainment, and sentiments from those who knew RBG best. Together, we will commemorate the life and legacy of RBG, of the doors she kicked open, and the tangible impact she had on each of our lives.
