Senate hearings to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court began today!

I am very pleased with the president’s nomination. As a woman of faith, an exceptional constitutionalist, and a principled conservative, Judge Barrett is one of the most qualified SCOTUS nominees in history.

Unfortunately, the hearings this week won’t go as smoothly as they have historically. Over the next two days, you’re going to hear the partisan Senate Democrats try to destroy the integrity and reputation of Judge Barrett because of her faith and because President Trump nominated her.

Bottom line: For the good of America, we need Judge Barrett’s experience on our nation’s highest court. Judge Barrett must be confirmed to the Supreme Court!
