begun the confirmation hearings for Trump’s extreme anti-health care
Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett – completely undermining the
desire of a majority of the American people that a nomination not move
forward before the next presidential inauguration.

In just two weeks, Senate Republicans plan to confirm Amy Coney Barrett on
the Senate floor and just two weeks after that, the U.S. Supreme Court is
scheduled to hear a case in determining whether to strike down the
Affordable Care Act, the landmark law that made health care affordable and
accessible for millions of people across the country.

Donald Trump is a staunch critic of the law, so it comes as a surprise to
no one that he would nominate Amy Coney Barrett, who would overturn the
ACA, leaving countless people shut off from vital health care amidst a
global pandemic.

We cannot allow Republicans to steal yet another seat on the Supreme Court
and rob people of their health care – we must hold them accountable!
