As the finance director for Tina Smith’s re-election campaign, it’s my responsibility to make sure our campaign hits our fundraising goals. It’s a difficult task, especially at times like this, when the sudden influx of nasty attacks from Donald Trump and GOP dark money groups dumping money into Minnesota has added increased urgency to our race.
