Our campaign is coming up against a crucial FEC Pre-Election filing deadline in just two days.

The numbers we report will show all of the pundits and outside groups eyeing this battleground race what kind of shape our campaign is in now that we’re in the final weeks of this election, so it’s crucial that we seize one of our last opportunities to send a message that we have what it takes to WIN.

Our team has set an ambitious goal to bring in 250 grassroots donations before midnight on October 14th. Will you chip in $25 or more to make sure we have the resources we need ahead of this critical benchmark?

I was the first Democrat to flip this seat in nearly half a century, which makes me a top target for national Republicans seeking to take back the House in 2020.

I’m counting on supporters like you to power my campaign, but it does put me at a disadvantage when I’m competing against a “conservative crusader” backed by GOP super PACs and deep-pocketed politicians like Ted Cruz.

If our Pre-Election report indicates any sort of financial trouble, outside groups could flood this race with resources to boost my far-right opponent’s effort to unseat me.
