We need to take back the Senate.

The Senate Judiciary Committee begins hearings for President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee today.

Voters are already casting ballots across the country, and John, Trump and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell want to rush their Supreme Court nominee through just three weeks before Election Day.

Trump and McConnell do not want American voters to have a say of who will be the next judge to receive a lifetime appointment to the highest court in our country.

You might feel frustrated. I know I do.

We need to channel our frustration into action. If you can, split a contribution between our five Judiciary Committee challengers: Jaime Harrison (SC), Cal Cunnigham (NC), Theresa Greenfield (IA), and MJ Hegar (TX).

McConnell and Senate Republicans have refused to move forward on critical COVID-19 legislation, but John, they’re jumping into action to rush through a nominee before Election Day -- all so they can dismantle the Affordable Care Act and take away health care from 20 million Americans during a pandemic.

It’s shameful.

Here’s the good news: We have FOUR Judiciary Committee challengers, and we need to flip FOUR seats to take back the Senate Majority.

We can do this, but we need to channel all of our grassroots energy into supporting Jaime, Cal, Theresa, and MJ in these final weeks before Election Day. If you can, split a contribution between their campaigns today.

Thank you for all of your hard work,

TC

P.S. Can’t make a contribution today? That’s OK -- there are other ways to get involved. Forward this email to five friends and help spread the word about these crucial red-to-blue Senate races.
